CEO of Billionaire Leadership Club, LLC, Dr. Matthew Blackwood is an experienced entrepreneur with more than 20 years' professional experience as an entrepreneur, community/faith-based leader, teaching instructor, and business coach. Previous entrepreneurial endeavors have included insurance and financial services, consulting, sales, and other business services.  Teaching experience has included positions as a business instructor at various technical colleges, program manager of a business program, and direct teaching experience at the elementary school level.  

Dr. Matthew has also held administrative positions including Director of Church and Community Relations at a 4-year University. Matthew’s experience working with non-profit organizations includes more than a decade working with various church organizations as a youth pastor, youth director, and Executive Pastor with oversight of greater than 40 volunteer auxiliary organizations. 

His educational background includes a B.A. Theology/Humanities (Fresno Pacific University), Master’s Business Administration (University of Phoenix), Doctorate of Humanities (Elbon Solutions), and Doctorate Business Administration (University of Phoenix).

CEO of marketing agency, Built to Build Studio, LLC, and CEO of youth workforce development café, Generations Coffee, Dr. Nicolle Blackwood adds along with her business acumen, over two decades of ministerial leading of youth and families. Dr. Blackwood also adds to her tenure, a myriad of ministerial and community-based collaborative events for the betterment of the greater Antelope Valley, CA. 

Dr. Nicolle found it hard to find Kingdom-Centered tools, resources, and programming for non & for-profits - this is why she continues to build strategically in the marketplace. Nicolle knew that she would need to use her voice to encourage others to build businesses with both purpose & profitability.  When Nicolle is not hanging out with their 7 grown children, she can be found cuddling with her best friend Pastor Matthew, designing innovative business productivity tools, teaching, speaking, mentoring, or coaching.

Her educational background includes a BA Business Management (University of Phoenix), MA Practical Theology (Advantage College), MS Innovation & Entrepreneurship (Full Sail University), Doctorate of Humanities (Elbon Solutions).
